What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit card accounts including paypal.

 

Are you a subscription service?

At Home2Home, we want to offer as much flexibility to our clients as possible. While we do not require our clients to subscribe, we encourage them to increase their trust in us through our loyalty program in which they can benefit from further discounts and promotions as well as a more tailored experience.

 

Can I choose my meals?

Of course. At Home2Home, our clients will be able to choose the number and type of meals they prefer. Our minimum is 5 meals per week, but we are confident that after trying our service, our customers will want much more than 5 meals.

 

Can I choose my delivery time?

Sure! At checkout, you will be asked to pick the time that is most convenient to you. To maintain the freshness of our meals, we encourage our customers to pick a minimum of 2 delivery times.

 

Are shipping charges additional?

We charge a delivery fee based on your chosen location.

 

Product & Ingredients
What comes in each delivery?

We deliver the number of packaged meals that you selected online. With each meal, a set of instructions provides information regarding storage and nutritional data.

 

Are your ingredients organic?

We source the best quality products available, and purchase as many ingredients as we can from local family-run suppliers with sustainable practices. Our meats are naturally raised, and we work with top fishermen to bring you the freshest seafood each week.

 

How long does the food stay fresh?

Our meals are designed to stay fresh for the week in which you order them. However, we always recommend cooking fish and seafood first to make sure it remains at its peak freshness.

 

Do you provide nutritional and calorie information?

We provide calorie information for each of our recipes, listed under the ingredients.
